3. Type gpedit.msc And Then Hit Enter.

4.Then Expand Adminsitrative Templates.

5.Then Network

6.Then QoS Packet Scheduler.

Now A New List Appear . Click On Limit Reservable Bandwidth.
Just Disable it.

Now You Click On Apply .

That's It Now You Are Done !! :)

Folder Lock : How To Set Password In Any Folder Without Help Of Any Software

Open Notepad and copy the below code and save as locker.bat. At first time start it will create folder with Locker automatically for u.
Don't forget to change your password in the code its shown the place where to type your password (type your password here.)
After creation of Locker folder again click on the locker.bat. It will ask for lock your folder. Press Y then Locker folder will be disappeared.
Again to get it click on locker.bat and give your password u will get the folder again.

Hide Any Drive From My Computer (For Security Purpose)

It is often seen that many people want to secure their data from other users or their friends. For this purpose they use different methods to hide their data but all these tricks are not reliable. BUT now I am telling you a secure method to hide full drive. You can put all your data in a drive and after applying this trick you will be able to hide full drive. To learn this trick, follow these steps.

• First of all logged into administrative account.
• Click on start, open run and type “CMD” and press enter.  
• Type “diskpart” and press enter.
• After few seconds diskpart utility will appear.
• Now type “list volume” to show list of volume and press enter.
• Select the Drive or volume that you want to hide. If you have four drives C,D,E,F, and you want to hide “D” drive, then type “select volume 1”  and press enter.  
• Now in the next step type "remove letter D" to hide this drive. 
• Close CMD and open My computer to check…drive D is not there…
• Now if you want to show the hidden drive then in step 7 type “assign letter d” and check “My computer”. Drive is back now. 
• Excellent trick, try it now. 

How to set password to Microsoft Office 2007 files ?

Keep your  Microsoft files safe and secure. Set password to Microsoft Office files (.doc ,.ppt, etc) to make  safe and secure.

-First open  any Microsoft office's component such as Word, Powerpoint, Excel etc.   

 

-Click on Office button.

-Click on Prepare. 

 

-Now click  on  'Encrypt document'.

 

 

-Enter the desired password in the 'Encrypt document' window. and click Ok.

-New window appears asking for confirm the password . Then click OK. 

 

 Password is set on the file. And whenever we open the file it will ask for the password first like this.

Make the folder INVISIBLE without hiding (For Personal Use)

Make your folders invisible...

1)Right Click on the desktop. Make a new folder.
2)Now rename the folder with a space(You have to hold ALT   key  and type 0160).
3)Now u have a folder without a name.
4)Right click on the folder>properties>customize. Click on change icon.
5)Scroll a bit, u should find some empty spaces, Click on any one of them.
click ok Thats it,
 
Now u can store your personal data without any 3rd party tools.....

Lock your PRIVATE FOLDER

1. Make a folder on the desktop and name it as “folder” 
2. Now, open notepad and write ren folder folder.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} and now (Notepad Menu) File>save as. 
3. In the ‘save as’ name it as lock.bat and click save ! (Save it on Desktop)
4. Now, open notepad again and write ren folder.{21EC2020-3AEA-1069-A2DD-08002B30309D} folder and now (Notepad Menu) File>save as.
5. In the ‘save as’ name it as key.bat and click save ! (Save it on Desktop)
6. Now, double click lock.bat to lock the folder and now if you open your folder, control panel will open up !
7. Now, double click key.bat to open the folder and now if you open your folder, you can access your data inside the folder again !
8. Lock your folder and hide the key.bat somewhere else on your hard disk ! 
9. Whenever you want to open your folder just paste the key.bat on desktop and open your folder using it !
